The Front of House Team Member are responsible for creating “Raving Fans” with every guest experience. Front of House Team Member accomplish this together by developing trust with guests by providing quality food in a friendly, safe, and clean environment. Front of House Team Member ensure guests feel cared for by going above and beyond expectations. The Front of House Team Member also treats those they work with, as well as guests, with honor, dignity, and respect – all day, every day.

Full time with fully open availability starts at $18/hr. Full time with limited availability starts at $17/hr. Part time starting wage depends upon experience.

Key Responsibilities for Front of House Team Member

  • Ensuring that products and guests’ experience are consistent with our brand, culture, and standards of excellence

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with Team Members, guests and leaders

  • Courteously greet guests, take orders, explain and suggest menu items

  • Maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning equipment, and restrooms

  • Stock products and supplies

  • Prepare, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards

  • Ensure compliance with Steritech and Health Inspection Standards

  • Deliver 2nd Mile Service - Ensure guests feel cared for by meeting 2nd Mile Service requirements and going above and beyond expectations.

  • Always practice good personal hygiene.

  • Must be able to work in a high stress, fast paced environment.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Receiving guests

  • Order taking

  • Meal assembly

  • Meal delivery

  • Clean (front/behind counter, dining room, restroom, etc.)

  • Greeting guests

  • Attending to guests in restaurant

  • Refills

  • Correcting Orders

  • Taking new orders

  • Monitoring dine-in environment

  • Clean as needed or get assistance from other team members assigned to cleaning.

  • When not doing face-to-face outside answer after the first beep and speak with a smile when on headset.

  • Serve guests within 30 seconds or less at the drive-thru window.

  • Willingness to serve guest face-to-face in the drive-thru.

  • Listen carefully to accurately record their order to ensure order accuracy. This includes all condiments and special requests.
